Arati has a Master’s in Sociology from the University of Bombay (Mumbai) and an MS in Graduate Social Research from NY. She has worked as a Market Research Analyst with a very large US based jewelry retailer in their Market Planning and Strategy department. After her move to India, she has worked as a corporate trainer with the Centre for American Education (CAE). She has trained on cross-cultural issues and on how to work effectively in this global environment. She currently partners with a leading Bangalore based designer and provides strategic direction to this retail endeavor.

Dimple has served as a telecommunications engineer for a large multinational corporation for over 7 years. In addition, she has significant experience being a project manager for a precious metals refining business. A native of Bangalore, she volunteered at a home for the aged in Koramangala and currently, she serves as a teacher at the Whitefield Volunteer Teacher’s Organization. Dimple has an MBA from Arizona State University in Information Technology and lived in Phoenix, Az before relocating back to Bangalore 5 years ago with her husband and two children. She is an avid reader of non-fiction and is currently pursuing her Chartered Financial Analyst certification in the U.S.
